Our Pure Vermont Birch Syrup is crafted from the sap of wild birch trees and harvested shortly after Maple Season ends. The sweet syrup is fruity with earthy undertones that make it better suited for appetizers and main dishes rather than a breakfast syrup. Try it on scallops, fish or caprese salad.
