Cook the bacon and keep the drippings.
Crumble bacon when it is cooled.
Combine together:
1/4 cup Pure VT Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Dill Weed
1 teaspoon Parsley Flakes
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/8 cup White Vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 warm bacon drippings
1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder (or fresh garlic if available)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon marjoram
Dash of Jed's Maple Sugar & Pepper
Dash of rosemary
Serve warm dressing over salad of your favorite greens. Garnish with bacon, sliced hard boiled eggs, and cheese.
