Maple Gingerbread

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Jed's Grade A Dark Amber or Grade B Pure VT Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Ginger
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve with butter, or even better with Jed’s Maple Cream!!
