Maple "No-Bake" Cookies

Ingredients
- 2½ cups Grade B Pure Vermont Maple Syrup
- 1 stick of Butter
- 3 cups Oatmeal
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
- 1 cup coconut (optional)
Directions
Boil Maple syrup and butter to soft ball stage. In a large bowl combine: oatmeal, nuts and coconut. Pour syrup over oatmeal mixture and blend well. Immediately drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
